This map serves as a guide when making land use and zoning decisions, and should not be construed to how a property can be used today, please refer to the Liberty Township Zoning Map and Zoning Resolution.

The Floodplain Map (PDF) is not an official Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM) but rather a reference document. We encourage you to contact the Butler County Floodplain Administrator to verify whether or not your property is located within a designated "Special Flood Hazard Area" as identified by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
Overlay District Zoning Map
The Overlay District Map (PDF)outlines the adopted Overlay Districts in Liberty Township. An Overlay District establishes development standards and permitted used that supersede the underlying zoning regulations for designated areas in the Township.
