In 2017, the Township saw the opening of more than 25 new businesses. In addition, about 15 more businesses have announced they will be opening their doors soon in the community. The positive development momentum is expected to continue with the following businesses looking to open or break ground in 2018.
Premier Health - Atrium Medical Center plans to build a 12,000 SF medical office building to house primary physicians and other health services. Its anticipated construction will begin soon along Cincinnati-Dayton Road in the Downtown Bethany area.
iFLY, an indoor skydiving business, has received Township approvals to move forward with their plans to construct on a site near Liberty Center. It will be the first Ohio location for iFLY which operates 65 locations worldwide.
Gold Star Chili will be opening its second Liberty Township location in 2018.
Dairy Queen plans to build two restaurants in the community in 2018 - one along Cincinnati-Dayton Road at Wyandot Road and another along Route 4.
A new Kroger Marketplace is expected to be fully under construction at Kyles Station and Route 4 in early 2018.
Liberty Center will be welcoming the following new office tenants: Pure Haven Essentials and Weprin Realty. It's anticipated that retail, restaurant and entertainment tenants will be added to the Liberty Center mix in 2018 too.
