When & where are Zoning Hearings?


  • Board of Trustees: 6:00 p.m. on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month.
  • Zoning Commission: 6:00 p.m. on the 3rd Monday of each month.
  • Board of Zoning Appeals: 6:00 p.m. on the 2nd Tuesday of each month.
All meetings are held at Liberty Township's New Administration & Police Substation Facility located at 5021 Winners Circle Drive. 


Zoning Hearing Signs

The Liberty Township Planning & Zoning Department places a zoning hearing notification sign (shown to the right) on each property that is subject to a zoning hearing approximately a week prior to the scheduled meeting as a courtesy to nearby residents and businesses. The sign indicates that the property is subject to a public hearing before either the Board of Zoning Appeals or the Zoning Commission. Please see the list of upcoming cases below to verify the request for the property in which the sign is located. Board of Zoning Appeals - August 10, 2021

 
    
  • BZA21-010: Bayer Becker is requesting a variance from Section 4.10.3(1) and Table 4.10-A of the Liberty Township Zoning Resolution to reduce the minimum lot width required from a previously approved variance of 96’ to 94.82’ for a lot in a R-SE district. The subject property is located at 6787 Sugarberry Knoll, Parcel ID# D2020-296.000-029.
  • BZA21-011: ITN Properties, LLC is requesting variances from Section 4.10.1(5)(h)(ii) of the Liberty Township Zoning Resolution to reduce the minimum lot width required from 25’ to 22.5’ for four panhandle lots and a Variance from Section 4.10.1(5)(h)(vii) to exceed the number of contiguous panhandles from 2 to 4. The subject properties are located at 6443 Yankee Road, Parcel ID# D2010-018.000-033 and D2020-130.000-013.

  • ZC21-015:  Applicant – Chad Woldfogel is requesting Minor Modification to the Creekside Meadows Final PUD Plan to reduce the minimum required rear yard-building setback from 25’ to 15’-2” to the rear property line for the construction of a 12”x 20’roof structure over an existing paver patio.   • ZC21-016: Applicant – Hutsenpiller Contractors LLC., is requesting a Final PUD Review to allow for a proposed Minnicks Drive Thru on an approximate 0.3520-acre site in the Princeton Glendale Business District Overly.   • ZC21-017:  Applicant – DNM Development LLC., is requesting a Final PUD Review for approval of the service drives for a multi-building commercial development on 5.20 acre.
