How to Reserve the Meeting Center

The Liberty Township Meeting Center can be reserved with a $75 security deposit. Residents, government entities, and non-profit organizations do not have a rental fee, but are required to pay the $75 refundable security deposit. Non-residents are required to pay a $150 rental fee along with the $75 refundable security deposit. Reservations can be made online by selecting Liberty Township Meeting Center above. Complete the reservation form and mark your event as "private" so it does not show up in the Township's public calendar. You will receive an email to acknowledge the Township has received your pending reservation. Please note: your request is pending until payment is verified with PayPal.

Currently, the system does not allow for reserving multiple dates with a single security deposit. If you would like to reserve multiple dates, please call Julie Kipper at (513) 759-7611.

To gain access to the Meeting Center for your reservation, the applicant will be required to pick up a key at the Administrative Offices. The applicant will be required to return the key the next business day after the rental and prior to a refund of the security deposit. Key pick up and return should be done Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM excluding holidays.

Payment Terms

Payment must be received at time of reservation. If payment is not received; your reservation will be cancelled. Another email will be sent to confirm your reservation when the Township has verified payment has been received. Please take this email with you the day of your event as confirmation of your reservation. Liberty Township processes payments through PayPal.
