Public Hearing Notice
The Liberty Township, Butler County, Ohio Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, May 19, 2025 at 6 p.m. at the Liberty Township Administration Building (5021 Winners Circle Drive), Liberty Township, Butler County, Ohio, for the following cases described as follows:
ZC25-006: Carepointe Bethany, LLC is requesting a Zoning Map Amendment from RA-1 (Residential-Agricultural District) to R-1 (Suburban Residence District) for a 2.056-acre site.
