PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Liberty Township, Butler County, Ohio Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 20, 2025 at 6 p.m. at the Liberty Township Administration Building, 5021 Winners Circle Drive, Liberty Township, Butler County, Ohio for the following cases described as follows:
ZC25-019: Chris Balash is requesting a Zoning Map Amendment from B-2 (General Business District) to B-PUD (Business Planned Unit Development District) for a 15.1671-acre site and a Preliminary PUD Plan for JT Truck Parking. The subject properties are located at the 5300 block of Hamilton-Middletown Road (SR 4); Parcels D2010-004.000-001, D2010-004.000-041, D2010-004.000-042 & D2010-004.000-043; Section 4, Town 2, Range 3, Liberty Township, Butler County, Ohio. After the conclusion of the hearing, the matter will be submitted to the Liberty Township Board of Trustees.
