NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Liberty Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 12 at 6 p.m. or thereafter, at the Liberty Township Administration Building, 5021 Winners Circle Drive, Liberty Township, OH 45011. The purpose of the hearing is to consider applications for appeals, variances, and/or conditional use approvals under Section 2.5, of the Liberty Township Zoning Resolution described as follows:
BZA25-010: Terry Cox is requesting a variance under Section 4.12.4(1) and Table 4.12-A of the Liberty Township Zoning Resolution for approval to locate an accessory structure in the front yard on a corner lot. The subject property is located at 7104 Paul Lane, Parcel ID# D2010-020.000-031.
The application may be examined in the Liberty Township Department of Planning & Zoning, 5021 Winners Circle Drive, Liberty Township from 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday or sending a request to kchaney@liberty-township.com.
