PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Liberty Township, Butler County, Ohio Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, September 15, 2025 at 6 p.m. at the Liberty Township Administration Building, 5021 Winners Circle Drive, Liberty Township, Butler County, Ohio, for the following cases described as follows:
ZC2025-017: Kiwi's Clubhouse is requesting Final PUD review for a 5,294 SF daycare center on a 0.554-acre site. The subject property is located at the southeast corner of Princeton-Glendale Road (SR 747) and Winners Circle Drive, Parcel D2010-002.000-096; Section 2, Town 2, Range3, Liberty Township, Butler County, Ohio.
ZC2025-018: Onyx + East is requesting Final PUD review for Liberty Parks. The Final PUD request is a total of 30.609-acres, which includes 90 single-family residential lots. The subject properties are located at 6710 Hamilton-Mason Road, 6808 Hamilton-Mason Road & 6822 Hamilton-Mason Road; Parcels D2020-017.000-134, D2010-017.000-123, D2010-017.000-019, D2010-017.000-048, D2010-017.000-101, D2010-017.000047 & D2010-017.000-004; Section 19, Town 3, Range 3, Liberty Township, Butler County, Ohio.
