PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Liberty Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 12 at 6 p.m. at the Liberty Township Administration Building, 5021 Winners Circle Drive, Liberty Township, Ohio, 45011. The purpose of the hearing is to consider applications for appeals, variances, and/or conditional use approvals under Section 2.5, of the Liberty Township Zoning Resolution described as follows:
BZA25-012: Ismail Sharida is requesting a variance under Section 4.10.3(1) and Table 4.12-A of the Liberty Township Zoning Resolution to reduce the lot frontage from the required 200 feet of 175 feet for one lot to subdivide the acreage into two single family lots. The subject property is located at 4938 Mauds Hughes Road, Parcel ID #D2010-024.000-035.
BZA25-013: Leslie Nicole Oaks-Williams is requesting a variance under Section 4.12.5(3)(a) and Table 4.12-B to exceed the maximum 3,500 SF of accessory structures on a 11.669-acre lot. The subject property is located at 6209 Yankee Road, Parcel ID #D2010-018.000-016.
