LEGAL NOTICE
To property owners and corporations affected by sidewalk improvements in the Taylor Village subdivision: The Liberty Township Board of Trustees passed a resolution to authorize the repairs and maintenance of sidewalks and assess abutting property owners 100% for the work. This resolution also requires property owners to notify the Liberty Township Public Works Department of their intent to perform the work if said property owner elects to complete the repairs without Liberty Township making repairs. The Liberty Township Board of Trustees has the authority to assess the entire expense of construction, repair, or maintenance pursuant of O.R.C. § 5543.10.
This assessment is pending before the Liberty Township Board of Trustees and will be heard by them on March 3, 2026 at 6 p.m. at the Liberty Township Administration Building, 5021 Winners Circle Drive, Liberty Township, Ohio. The parties affected by such improvements and other people competent to testify will be given an opportunity to speak directly to the Board of Trustees at this public hearing.
