PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Liberty Township, Butler County, Ohio Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 16, 2026 at 6 p.m. at the Liberty Township Administration Building, 5021 Winners Circle Drive, Liberty Township, Butler County, Ohio for the following cases described as follows:
ZC26-001: Dilip Bearelly is requesting a Major Modification to the R-PUD and Final PUD Plan to amend the previously approved conditions of approval on a 9.672-acre site. The subject property is located at 7200 Heritage Springs Drive, Parcel D2010-009.000-19; Section 7, Town 3, Range 3; Liberty Township, Butler County, Ohio. After the conclusion of the hearing, the matter will be submitted to the Liberty Township Board of Trustees for its action.
ZC26-005: Hen-Jur, LLC is requesting a Major Modification to the Freedom Pointe MU-PUD and Preliminary PUD Plan. The subject properties are located at the southeast corner of Veterans Boulevard and Cox Road, Parcel D2020-338.000-010 & D2020-338.00-018; Section 7, Town 3, Range 3, Liberty Township, Butler County, Ohio. After the conclusion of the hearing, the matter will be submitted to the Liberty Township Board of Trustees for its action.
ZC26-006: Abby Jacobs is requesting Final PUD Plan for approval for a Flying Aces Car Wash on a 1.34-acre lot. The subject property is located at the southeast corner of Veterans Boulevard and Reagan Way; Parcel D2020-338.000-013; Section 7, Town 3, Range 3, Liberty Township, Butler County, Ohio.
