ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID PROPOSALS
FOR PUBLIC NUISANCE ABATEMENT SERVICES
LIBERTY TOWNSHIP, BUTLER COUNTY, OHIO

Proposals will be received by Liberty Township, Butler County, Ohio for Public Nuisance Abatement Services. Interested contractors should submit one (1) and two (2) copies of their fully completed and signed Proposal, along with all required documentation, in a sealed envelope marked "CONFIDENTIAL: Proposal for Public Nuisance Abatement Services" to the Liberty Township Administration Building, 5021 Winners Circle Drive, Liberty Township, OH 45011, Attn: Director of Planning & Zoning, on or before Monday, June 5, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. (eastern prevailing time).

Copies of the Request for Proposals may be obtained from the Liberty Township Administration Building during regular business hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Copies of the Request for Proposals are also available electronically on the Liberty Township website (www.liberty-township.com). 

The Township reserves the right to cancel the Request for Proposals, accept or reject any or all Proposals, waive any information or irregularities in any Proposal and/or to accept any Proposal considered most advantageous and beneficial to the Township. Proposals will be public information after bids are opened.
