Involvement
Tom Farrell was elected to his fourth term as a Liberty Township Trustee in November 2025. He has been a resident of Liberty Township for 27 years and previously served nearly 10 years in a volunteer role on the Liberty Township Zoning Commission before becoming an elected official. Farrell has been a small business owner for more than 30 years and remains actively involved as a volunteer with several local organizations.

Education & Family
Farrell holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Dayton and a graduate degree from Harris University of Florida. He lives in Four Bridges with his wife of 35 years, Kim. Together, they are proud parents of three grown children—Chelsea, Brady, and Kyle—and grandparents to their grandson, Brooks. Their family lives locally and continues to contribute to the strength and growth of the community.
